Pre orders can be placed now for pickup Friday Dec 6th (3 pm to 7 pm) or Saturday Dec 7th (11 am to 3 pm)
We bake to order in our Home Kitchen for pickup on Fridays and some Saturdays or specific holidays. All breads are made with our Sourdough cultures and require a 2-day advanced ordering. A mixed flour bread, typical for the region “Franken” (Franconia) in Northern Bavaria – Germany. Made from 70% dark and light organic rye mixed with whole wheat and a bit of bread flour.
