How to order
We bake to order in our home kitchen for pick up on weekends between 11am and 3pm. You can place an order anytime online. Orders have to be placed by Thursday evening for Saturday pick up and Friday evening for Sunday pick up. You can pick your pick up day and time (see above). Please provide a cell phone number when you order so we can send you a text confirmation on the day of pick up. We don't currently offer credit card payments. You can place your order online and pay cash or with Venmo at time of pick up. For questions, please call (203) 9889335.

Standard Offerings
From 100% wheat to 100% rye or anything in between. Choose the bread that fits your meal.
These are authentic Bavarian pretzels with a soft belly and crunchy arms. We use bakers lye to achieve the authentic flavor. Minimum order is 5 for $17.50. Each additional pretzel is $3.50. Please add total quantity in the notes.
Ingredients: wheat sourdough starter, wheat bread flour, organic stone-ground whole wheat flour, water, butter, salt.
How to serve:
Pretzels are an ideal companion to a traditional German potato salad, a savory sausage or just with butter.
