Large Christstollen (German Holiday Fruit Bread)
Christstollen is one of the oldest holiday foods in Germany, with a history that spans hundreds of years. Our Artisan Stollen features an original recipe from the German National Bakers' Academy.
We prioritize high-quality ingredients, which give this sweet bread its rich flavor. Our recipe includes homemade candied citrus peel, organic raisins, and cranberries, all soaked for several days in premium rum and kirschwasser. We also incorporate almond slivers, hazelnuts, freshly ground spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom), European butter, fresh yeast, and organic wheat flour to enhance the bread's richness.
Each loaf is hand-shaped, brushed with butter twice, and coated with powdered sugar. When stored in a cool, dark place, this bread will continue to develop its flavor and remain fresh for over six weeks, thanks to its high fat and sugar content.
Approximate weight: 1000g (35oz).

Germany is famous for its wide variety of artisanal holiday cookies, which are rich in flavor and made with high-quality ingredients. For this cookie box, we have selected four of our favorite and most well-known varieties! All cookies contain nuts; we use almonds and hazelnuts. Each box contains 30 cookies (6 Linzer cookies, 6 Nutcorners, 9 Vanilla Crescents, and 9 Cinnamon Stars), weighing approximately 500g (18oz). If stored in a cool place, preferably in a tin container, they will stay fresh for several weeks.
